Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Send spam or misuse booking links to harass others.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

Eskeduler helps you publish availability and lets others book time with you. You are responsible for honoring or managing the bookings you accept. We are not a party to any agreement between you and your invitees.

The Service integrates with third parties such as Google Calendar. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eskeduler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed appointments, lost data, or lost profits arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
